Bombón Cuban Cake
A traditional Cuban-style cake made with one layer of soft vanilla sponge and one layer of chocolate sponge. Filled with a smooth chocolate buttercream, covered with a thin layer of meringue, and finished with a rich chocolate bombón coating — serves 20 portions.
Ingredients:
Flour, cornstarch (if used), eggs, sugar, butter or oil, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, chocolate buttercream (butter, chocolate, sugar), meringue, chocolate bombón coating (chocolate, butter or oil).

Un clásico cake cubano con una capa de panetela de vainilla y otra de chocolate. Relleno con una suave crema de chocolate con mantequilla, cubierto con una ligera capa de merengue y bañado en una deliciosa cobertura de chocolate bombón — rinde 20 porciones.
Ingredientes:
Harina, maicena (si la usas), huevos, azúcar, mantequilla o aceite, cacao en polvo, polvo de hornear, vainilla, crema de chocolate con mantequilla (mantequilla, chocolate, azúcar), merengue, cobertura de chocolate bombón (chocolate, mantequilla o aceite).
